No School Tomorrow - Snow Day

I can't believe the weather. For the past 3 winters since moving here it has snowed 3 days each winter and it is usually in February. Never a whole lot and with in an hour or two it is pretty much gone and the streets and sidewalks are always clean. It snowed all day Monday, but didn't stick much and started snowing this afternoon and look at this. It is still snowing and school is cancelled for tomorrow. That is so funny because in all my years in Wyoming I only remember 1 snow day and that was some MAJOR SNOW. I guess some school buses got stock on Monday in some surrounding areas where the elevation is a little higher. It could be really interesting going to Wyoming on Friday. The kids sure are excited to be missing school tomorrow.

Very pretty with the snow/lights and palm trees! ;) Travel safe on your way to WY.

I think it's crazy. The television stations are out also. Kids in Wyoming wouldn't even get to go in for warm-ups on a day like today. I agree with Stacey, please drive safe.

It sure is pretty. I remember growing up when all the bus kids got to go home, and I wished I rode the bus. We had to stay at school. We have never had a snow day here, and it snows a ton, and is alway -20 until March. Not fun!!! Hope the kids have fun today playing in the snow. Drive safe.

I can't believe the snow. It looks so cold. It has been cold here. I think I am just a wimp when it comes to cold.
