We hiked Diamond Head the world's most recognized volcanic crater. It's more than 3,500 feet in diameter with a 760-foot summit. It's a 0.7 mile hike that takes about an hour to reach the summit. The trail climbs the inside slope of Diamond Head. It is switch backs and stairs. The last set of stairs is a 99-step climb. We all climbed it with ease because we were in good shape and ready for the hike.
