Jayden's First Job

Since Jayden is 15 and all our other kids had jobs at 15, I wanted him to get a job.  I don't like kids laying around watching tv all summer.  Working is so good for them.  They learn to be dependable and responsible.  I started babysitting when I was 8 and have had a job almost ever since.  I took Jayden all around, but no one wants to hire 15 year olds because of the laws and rules OSHA puts on employers.  They can only work 19 hours a week and if they go past 7 on school nights or past 9 in the summer they can get a $10,000 fine.  It really is about who you know, so Tianna contacted the owner of Little Caesars because her and Teisha both worked there for several years and know him well.  He had me call him and Jayden was hired on the spot.  He started today.  I don't really enjoy having to drive him over there and pick him up, but in 5 months he will be able to drive, so then he can get himself there.  He wasn't to thrilled to let me take his picture.
