Amazing Cupcakes

A friend from Wyoming is an amazing cook and always baking things that look fantastic.  She posted a picture of some cupcakes the other day that looked amazing, so I messaged her and she told me how to make them.  I used a swiss chocolate cake mix with double stuff oreos.  I put a little cake mix in the bottom of a cupcake liner and then dropped an oreo in and filled it up with cake mix.  Baked them 15 minutes and after they cooled I made butter cream frosting and added white chocolate.   Mine didn't look near as good as hers, but they tasted pretty dang good and the neighbors and visiting teaching ladies loved them.  So did my family.  Thanks Stacey.  You are awesome!
