Moorea Island Tour

We rented a side by side and took a tour of the inside of the island.  We also rented a car one day and drove around the island twice.  There were so many amazing stops and beaches to look at.  My boss from when I worked at Grandma's Herbs told me about a great pizza place called Allo Pizza.  Once we found that amazing brick oven pizza, we ate there everyday.  One day we spent $100 taxiing to Allo, eating pizza, and then having pizza delivered to our bungalow again that night.  They even had an amazing desert pizza with banana's, whipped cream, cinnamon, and chocolate.    We also went to a pineapple plantation and tasted juices and you could taste test several kinds of alcohol if you wanted. It rained 5 of the days we were there in the afternoons and the day we drove the side by side we had only been done 5 minutes when it started pouring rain.  We got lucky because it would rain for a few hours hard and lots of lightning and ground shaking thunder.  We were supposed to do a snorkeling tour in the afternoon, but because of rain we never got to.  I was a little nervous though because it was with sharks and sting rays.  We saw a black tip shark out by a bungalow not far from the beach and in the area many people snorkeled.  I got in the water everyday and snorkeled everyday once we moved out onto the water.  The fish I saw were amazing.  I even saw some clams and lots of sea cucumbers.  The water was so warm and beautiful.  I wish Jayson would snorkel with me because I don't really like going alone.

Our guide wanted to take side profile pictures because
the mountain looks like the side view of a face.
